Used Baoji BOZHI CK 40 S Slant-Bed Turret-Type CNC Lathe with FANUC 0i Mate-TD
Used Baoji (BOZHI) CK 40 S slant-bed turret-type CNC lathe, manufactured in September 2018 and equipped with the FANUC Series 0i Mate-TD CNC control system. The machine is built on a slant bed with hardened steel-insert box guideways and carries a 7.5 kW servo spindle. Workholding is provided by a new LELIKA 8-inch hollow hydraulic chuck, and an 8-station tool turret handles turning tools. A hydraulic tailstock supports shaft-type work, and a chip conveyor removes chips from the cutting area. Maximum swing over bed is 400 mm and maximum turning length is 400 mm. The machine is supplied in a complete, top-tier configuration, and test cutting accuracy has been measured within 0.01 mm.
