Used Chaoqun V-6 L Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 70 V Control

20 Chaoqun V-6 L vertical machining centers are available. Each machine is built on a large-base bed weighing up to 5 t and is equipped with a Mitsubishi M 70 V CNC control system. The operation panel is marked CHECK TEAM. The BT40 belt-drive spindle runs at 10,000 rpm. All three axes use 16 mm-pitch ball screws with double pretension, and rapid traverse reaches 48 m/min. The Z axis rides on a 45 linear guideway. X/Y/Z travel is 600/500/500 mm, with 150–620 mm spindle nose-to-table distance and a 700 x 450 mm worktable. A 24-tool arm-type tool magazine handles tool changes, and a built-in dual-screw automatic chip conveyor manages chip removal.
