The machine is equipped with a Siemens 840 D CNC control system and an SK 40 spindle running at up to 12,000 rpm, served by a 60-tool magazine. The 500 x 500 mm worktable provides dual-station loadability with 0.001-degree indexing, and all three axes are fitted with linear scales. X/Y/Z travels are 700 x 700 x 700 mm. Coolant is delivered through the spindle center, and a chip conveyor handles chip removal.
