Used Dongbu Dasen C 500 K Slant-Bed Turret-Type CNC Lathe

This C 500 K is a heavy-duty slant-bed turret-type CNC lathe built by Dongbu and is offered in approximately 90% new condition. The spindle carries an A 2-8 nose with a 12-inch hollow hydraulic chuck and is driven by a 15 kW servo spindle motor, giving the platform the capacity for large-diameter, heavy workpieces. Machining is controlled by a GSK 988 TA CNC system — a large-screen, bus-type absolute control — working with GR 3000 series servo drives. A 12-station one-piece servo turret with a 500 mm across-flats mounting face handles large turning and boring tools, while both axes ride on heavy-duty roller linear guideways for rigidity and stable positioning under load. The machine is available for inspection and is ready for continuing production work.
