Used HISION VMC 1000 L vertical machining center, built in 2020 by Ningbo Haitian Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., serial number X 2020050492. The machine carries a FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control with the mold package, paired with FANUC servo drives. All three axes run on linear guideways, giving travels of 1000 mm on X, 600 mm on Y and 615 mm on Z. The worktable measures 1150 x 600 mm, and the spindle reaches a maximum speed of 8000 rpm. A spindle oil cooler keeps thermal growth in check during long cutting cycles. Tooling is handled by a 24-tool tool magazine supplied by Taiwan Shengjie. Chip removal is covered by an internal double spiral chip conveyor together with a chain-type chip conveyor mounted at the rear of the machine.
