Used HSIU FONG CM 1065 Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 700 Control

HSIU FONG CM 1065 vertical machining center built in Taiwan in January 2015. The machine offers X/Y/Z travels of 1000 x 600 x 500 mm and runs on HIWIN roller linear guideways on all three axes, delivering high-speed positioning with stable cutting performance. The Royal BT40 direct-drive spindle reaches 15,000 rpm, supported by an oil cooler for thermal stability during continuous machining. Tool changing is handled by a 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer. The machine is equipped with the Mitsubishi M 700 CNC control system and includes an oil-water separator, chain-type chip conveyor and oil mist collector for clean, efficient chip and coolant management.
