Used JF 850 L Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 80 Control

This JF 850 L is a vertical machining center built for precision part and mold machining. It is equipped with the Mitsubishi M 80 CNC control system and a Taiwan Luoyi direct-drive spindle rated at 12000 rpm. The machine uses a two-linear, one-box guideway configuration, combining the speed of linear guideways on the X and Y axes with the rigidity of a box guideway on the Z axis — a layout suited to both high-speed finishing and heavier cutting in mold and precision component work. A tool magazine is fitted for automatic tool changing, and an oil cooler is installed to keep the spindle at a stable thermal condition during continuous operation.
