Used JIAFU M 1270 L Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 80 V Control

JIAFU M 1270 L vertical machining center built for heavy, accurate milling, drilling and tapping work. The machine is equipped with the Mitsubishi M 80 V CNC control system and a KENYUE BT50 belt-driven spindle running to 8,000 rpm, giving strong torque at low and mid speeds together with a wide usable speed range. Tool changes are handled by a 32-station arm-type tool magazine, and a 30 kg through-spindle coolant system delivers high-pressure coolant directly to the cutting edge for deep-hole drilling and chip evacuation. The structure uses a two-linear, one-box guideway arrangement, with the Y axis carried on four 45-size roller linear guideways for rigidity and damping under heavy cuts. A chain-type chip conveyor and an oil cooler are fitted for continuous production running. Top-specification configuration, supplied as two near-new units.
