Used JiRFINE VMC-1060 Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 70 A Control
Used JiRFINE VMC-1060 vertical machining center equipped with the Mitsubishi M 70 A CNC control system. All three axes run on box guideways with mirror-finished sliding surfaces, giving rigid, heavy-duty cutting capability. The Taiwan Pusen BT40 spindle is belt driven at 8000 rpm and is supported by an oil cooler for stable thermal conditions during long machining cycles. Tool changing is handled by a 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer. Worktable flatness is held within 0.05 mm and tested accuracy is 0.015 mm after running. Built by JiRFINE Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. in December 2017. Available from stock for inspection.
