Used JSW J 1000 AD All-Electric Injection Molding Machine (1000 Ton)

JSW J 1000 AD all-electric injection molding machine with 1000 t clamping force. The machine is a high-specification all-electric unit with a 100 mm screw diameter and a 160 mm/s injection rate. Clamping force is 9810 kN (1000 t) and the machine weight is 64 t. Injection and clamping are driven electrically, giving consistent, repeatable molding cycles. The machine was originally set up for the production of wafer cassettes and, due to changes in order scheduling, has remained unused. It is available for inspection.
