Used KAFO B-3122 CNC Gantry Milling Machine

Used KAFO B-3122 CNC gantry milling machine, built in 2012, with a net machine weight of 31,000 kg. This is a heavy-cutting mold-type gantry mill equipped with the FANUC 18 i-MB CNC control system. The machine features a BT50 gear-driven spindle head running up to 6,000 rpm with a spindle oil cooler, and a multi-T-slot worktable measuring 3,000 x 2,100 mm. Gantry door width is 2,200 mm with a door height of 1,300 mm. X/Y/Z travels are 3,100 x 2,200 x 1,000 mm. The X and Y axes use linear guideways and the Z axis uses a box guideway, which supports the machine's heavy-cutting capability on mold work. Worktable load capacity is approximately 12 tons. The machine remains in place at the factory site.
