Used Kao Hsu 1170 Horizontal Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 70 A

This Kao Hsu 1170 machining center is one of two identical units and is built on a large-span, heavy-duty machine bed with roller linear guideways on all three axes. Travel reaches 1270 mm, so the machine has the reach to handle both mold work and production parts on a single platform. The BT40 spindle runs up to 10,000 rpm and is supported by an oil cooler, while a 30-tool arm-type automatic tool changer keeps cycles running without manual intervention. Control is handled by the Mitsubishi M 70 A CNC system in a high-level configuration. Trial machining accuracy is 0.01 mm, the machine is in excellent condition, and it has been run on original factory oil throughout its service.
