Used Makino V 33 High-Speed Vertical Machining Center with Professional 3 Control

Two Makino V 33 high-speed vertical machining centers are available from stock. Each machine is fitted with the Makino Professional 3 CNC control system, with FANUC servo drives in the electrical cabinet. The motorized spindle reaches 30,000 rpm and accepts HSK-E 50 tooling, supported by dual coolant lines at the spindle and a spindle oil cooler. A 25-tool servo tool magazine handles tool changes. The 750 x 400 mm worktable carries up to 300 kg and is provided with T-slots and a tool-setting device. Three-axis box guideways carry travels of X 600 / Y 400 / Z 400 mm, with a rapid traverse speed of 20. All three axes are equipped with linear scales and hold repeat positioning within 0.005 mm, while a 300 mm test bar at the spindle measures within 0.015 mm.
