Used MCV-L 1160 Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF Plus

Two units of used MCV-L 1160 vertical machining centers are in stock for sale. The machines are equipped with FANUC 0i-MF Plus control, a BT40 belt-driven spindle at 10,000 rpm (11 kW), a 24-station arm-type tool changer, and 45 linear guideways on all axes (X axis with 6 slider blocks). X/Y/Z travel is 1100 x 600 x 600 mm; rapid traverse is 24 m/min. Spindle nose to table distance is 80–680 mm, and table size is 1200 x 600 mm. The machine is fitted with an oil cooler. Dial test results show spindle axis runout less than 0.015 mm, and test bar front/side generatrix runout also less than 0.015 mm. Year of manufacture: 2023.
