Used Mori Seiki CMX 600 Vc high-speed, high-precision vertical machining center, built in 2018 at the DMG MORI Tianjin plant. The machine offers X, Y and Z travels of 600 x 560 x 510 mm on a vertical machining center structure. It is equipped with a BBT 40 spindle running up to 12,000 rpm and a 30-tool automatic tool changer, making it suited to high-speed, high-precision milling, drilling, tapping and boring work. The machine is controlled by the FANUC 0i-MF CNC system with linear scales on the axes for accurate positioning. A 20 kg through-spindle coolant system supports deep-hole drilling and efficient chip evacuation, and a hinged-belt chip conveyor handles chip removal. Machine weight is 4,700 kg.
