Used Nantong Technology VCL 850 Vertical Machining Center with FANUC MD Control

Four identical Nantong Technology VCL 850 vertical machining centers are in warehouse stock, built on a heavy-duty structure for demanding cutting work. Each machine runs a FANUC MD CNC control system and uses three linear guideways on the X, Y and Z axes to hold accuracy and rigidity under load. The 40 taper spindle is matched with a 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer for fast, repeatable tool changes, and a built-in dual-screw chip conveyor clears chips continuously during long production runs. The worktable measures 550 x 1000 mm. Electricals are rated 380 V with a total machine capacity of 15 kVA and a 40 A main fuse. Machine serial number 8140124. Accuracy is guaranteed.
