Used Gongtie S 36-57 Slant-Bed Gang-Type CNC Lathe with SYNTEC 21 TA-H

Gongtie S 36-57 slant-bed gang-type CNC lathe, built in 2017 and lightly used. The machine is equipped with a SYNTEC 21 TA-H CNC control system and Japanese Yaskawa drives. A high-speed motorized spindle is paired with hollow hydraulic clamping, and the machine accepts bar stock up to 25 mm. Both axes run on linear guideways for fast, accurate positioning, and a rear chain-type chip conveyor handles chip removal during production. X-axis travel is 420 mm and Z-axis travel is 345 mm. All axes run free of abnormal noise, and machining accuracy is held within 0.01 mm. The unit is offered in its current working condition and is available for inspection.
