Used Okuma U 3000 5-Axis Turn-Mill Machining Center with OSP-P 300 SA-H

Okuma U 3000 5-axis turn-mill machining center with a factory date of October 2020, equipped with the original Okuma OSP-P 300 SA-H CNC control system. The machine integrates turning and milling in a single platform: the C axis provides full-contour spindle indexing for combined turn-mill operation, while the B axis swivels through a 240° range with a minimum indexing increment of 0.001° for simultaneous 5-axis milling. Maximum swing diameter is 650 mm and maximum machining length is 1000 mm. Axis travels are 645 mm in X, 250 mm in Y and 1000 mm in Z. The spindle runs up to 5000 rpm and carries an 8-inch chuck, with a 22/15 kW motor driving the spindle. Tooling uses the HSK-A 63 interface, served by a 40-position chain magazine. An integrated anti-collision system protects the machine during machining, and a chip conveyor is included for swarf removal. The machine is offered as a complete unit.
