This POSEN 46 Y turn-mill is a used machine in approximately 90% new condition, built for combined turning and milling of bar work in a single setup. It is equipped with the SYNTEC 22 MB absolute bus CNC control system and a 12-station BMT 40 servo live tooling turret with a lifting Y axis, giving driven-tool capability in both the axial and radial directions. Four live tool heads are supplied, including one at 0° and one at 90°. The A 2-5 high-speed spindle unit carries a 6-inch hollow hydraulic chuck for bar feeding, and the main spindle is driven by a 7.5 kW servo motor. An oil-bath bar feeder is fitted for continuous bar stock supply. The machine presents in approximately 90% new condition and is ready for inspection.
