This Quick Jet H 56 is a high-speed horizontal dual-station machining center built for continuous production work. It is controlled by the Siemens SINUMERIK 840 D CNC system with Siemens SINAMICS drive modules, and the 24 kW spindle accepts HSK-A 63 tooling at speeds up to 24,000 rpm. A chain-type magazine carries 60 tools, and full-closed-loop linear scales are fitted for accurate, repeatable positioning.
