Used SMTCL Shenyang VMC 1000 E 4-Axis Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF Plus

Two identical SMTCL Shenyang VMC 1000 E vertical machining centers are available, built as 4-axis machines with the FANUC Series 0i-MF Plus CNC control system. The machine features linear guideways on all three axes for fast, accurate positioning, and a BT40 spindle supported by a 24-station disc-type arm tool changer for rapid automatic tool changes. A Taiwan GSA Xuyang 255 hydraulic 4 th-axis rotary table is mounted on the right side of the worktable, allowing multi-face and rotary work to be completed in a single setup. A screw-type chip conveyor is fitted for efficient chip removal during continuous production. The VMC 1000 E platform, manufactured by SMTCL Shenyang Machine Tool, is a well-established vertical machining center design suited to mold work, batch production and general precision milling, drilling, tapping and boring operations. Both units are available as complete, running machines and can be inspected under power.
