Used Taikan 870 CNC Engraving and Milling Machine with SYNTEC 21 MA Control

Two identical Taikan 870 CNC engraving and milling machines, recently unloaded and ready for inspection. Each unit is built on a Chuangneng machine bed and runs the SYNTEC 21 MA CNC control system. The pneumatic spindle accepts BT30 tooling and provides 7.5 kW of power with speeds up to 30,000 rpm for high-speed engraving and light milling work. Japanese THK linear guideways support the axes, and Yaskawa drive motors are fitted throughout. The machines use an absolute positioning system, so there is no need to return to the reference point after power-up, which speeds up start-of-shift setup. Both units are in excellent condition.
