Used Taizhen T-V 1370 Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 80 Control

Taizhen T-V 1370 vertical machining center built in July 2021 and currently installed in a factory in Pingxiang, Jiangxi. The machine is equipped with a Mitsubishi M 80 CNC control system and a BT40 direct-drive spindle rated 12,000 rpm, driven by an 11 kW spindle motor and fitted with oil cooling. All three axes run on linear guideways with travels of 1300 x 700 x 660 mm and rapid traverse rates of 35 / 35 / 30 m/min. Tooling is handled by a 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer. The Z axis is fitted with a nitrogen counterbalance cylinder, and a 255 4 th axis with tailstock is supplied with the machine. Spindle brand: VIGU CHENG. Repeatability measures 0.01 mm and trial-cut accuracy 0.01 mm. Four identical units of this model are available.
