Used Takisawa NEX-108 CNC Horizontal Lathe with FANUC 0i-TF

Two Takisawa NEX-108 CNC horizontal lathes, 2019 build, available as a pair or individually. Each machine is equipped with the FANUC Series 0i-TF CNC control system and runs on two high-rigidity roller linear guideways, with X-axis travel of 360 mm and Z-axis travel of 530 mm. The lathes carry an 8-inch chuck and a 12-station tool turret, and a tailstock is fitted for shaft-type work. Maximum swing diameter is 400 mm, maximum machining diameter is 320 mm and maximum machining length is 481 mm. The spindle delivers 7.5/11 kW at a maximum speed of 4,000 rpm and provides a 52 mm through bore. A chip conveyor is included with each machine.
