This near-new Nantong Yongchang SKX-4024 CNC gantry milling machine is equipped with the FANUC MF control system and separate axis drive units. The spindle is a BT50 gear-head unit running up to 6000 rpm, and a manual side milling head is fitted for side machining work. The guideway configuration is two linear guideways and one box guideway. The worktable measures 4000 x 1600 mm, the gantry door is 2400 mm wide and 1670 mm high, and the spindle nose to worktable distance is 1440 mm. Maximum milling length is 4000 mm, maximum milling width 2000 mm, and maximum workpiece height 1000 mm. Chip removal is handled by a built-in dual screw conveyor with chain-type chip discharge.
