Used Tsugami M 42 SD Turn-Mill CNC Lathe with FANUC 21 i-TB Control

The Tsugami M 42 SD is a turn-mill CNC lathe for combined turning and milling of bar and chucked work. It runs on the FANUC 21 i-TB CNC control system. Maximum machining diameter is 210 mm, and the motorized spindle reaches 6,000 rpm with 5.5/7.5 kW of spindle power. A 42 mm spindle through-hole accommodates bar stock through the spindle. The X and Z axes travel 260 x 300 mm on box guideways, which support heavy, stable cutting on this class of machine. Tool changes are handled by a 12-station servo turret. The machine is equipped with 5-45 precision collets, and a hydraulic chuck can be fitted in place of the collet workholding to suit chucked-part production.
