Used Tsugami VA 3 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF

Tsugami VA 3 5-axis vertical machining center equipped with a FANUC Series 0i-MF CNC control system. X/Y/Z travel is 500 x 400 x 350 mm, and the Z axis is raised by 100 mm for additional clearance. The BT30 spindle runs at up to 20,000 rpm and is served by a 20-position disc-type servo tool magazine. A Taiwan-made Xuben FEH-125 5-axis worm-gear rotary table is fitted, and the machine uses THK ball screws and guideways with rapid traverse rates up to 48 m/min. A probe receiver is available as an option, the worktable is T-slotted and in clean condition, and FANUC servo drives are installed in the electrical cabinet. One mold set is supplied with the machine. The machine arrived at the plant in 2020 and has seen little use since installation.
