Just arrived: Dingtai DMC-3026 CNC gantry milling machine in an elevated heavy-duty version. The machine is built on a Taizheng bare machine and equipped with a FANUC MD control system. Guideways are two linear guideways plus one box guideway. The spindle is a Taiwan Luoyi BT50 unit at 6000 rpm with oil cooler. The machine includes separate drives and a hydraulic power unit. Worktable size is 3000 x 2300 mm; gantry clearance height is 1850 mm; gantry width is 2700 mm; distance from worktable to spindle nose is 1560 mm. X/Y/Z travels are 3000/2600/1000 mm. It has a built-in dual screw and chain chip conveyor.
