Used Wintop MC 500 Vertical Drilling and Tapping Center with Mitsubishi M 70 A Control
This Wintop MC 500 is a vertical drilling and tapping center configured for high-speed drilling, tapping and light milling of small to medium parts. It is equipped with the Mitsubishi M 70 A CNC control system, with Mitsubishi servo drives installed in the electrical cabinet. The spindle turns up to 20,000 rpm and tooling is held in a 21-tool disc-type servo tool magazine for fast, automated tool changes. X/Y/Z travels measure 500 x 400 x 360 mm, and an oil cooler is fitted to keep the machine thermally stable during continuous cutting. The worktable is machined with T-slots for fixture and vise mounting, and the machine is supplied with mold package A. Twenty identical units are available from a single incoming batch.
