Used YANGSHUN YS-855 Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 80 Control

YANGSHUN YS-855 vertical machining center, built in 2023 and equipped with the Mitsubishi M 80 CNC control system. The spindle is a BT40 belt-drive unit running up to 8000 rpm, supplied with a spindle oil cooler for thermal stability during longer cutting cycles. Tool changing is handled by a 24-station arm-type tool magazine. All three axes ride on roller linear guideways for rigidity and smooth positioning. Travels are 800 mm on X, 550 mm on Y and 580 mm on Z, with a 1000 x 550 mm worktable suitable for fixtures, vises and multi-part setups. The machine is configured as a complete vertical machining center for milling, drilling, tapping and boring work.
