Used YCM 800 Horizontal Machining Center with FANUC Absolute-Value System

YCM 800 horizontal machining center built around a dual worktable with 1° / 1′ indexing, giving two pallet stations for work while cutting continues at the other. The guideway arrangement is two linear guideways and one box guideway, and the machine runs on a FANUC absolute-value system, so axis positions are retained without re-homing. Spindle drive is a FANUC α15 spindle motor rated 15 kW / 18.5 kW. Tooling is handled by a BT50 magazine with 80 fixed tool positions, accepting tools up to 20 kg with a 12-second tool change. A Renishaw measurement system is fitted for in-process part measurement. Machining accuracy is held within 0.01 mm.
