Used YCM NCV 56 AM Vertical Machining Center with FANUC MXP-200 FB+ Control

YCM NCV 56 AM vertical machining center configured for mold and die work, built in 2023 and offered in used condition. The machine carries the FANUC MXP-200 FB+ CNC control system with the mold package, giving the control specification required for cavity, core and deep-cavity milling. Axis travels are 560 x 410 x 450 mm on X, Y and Z. The BBT 40 spindle reaches 12,000 rpm and is oil-air lubricated with an oil cooler to hold thermal stability through long mold cutting cycles. THK linear guideways and ball screws with 8 mm pitch carry the axis motions. A 20-station disc-type tool magazine serves the spindle, and an automatic tool setter is fitted for tool length measurement. The worktable is T-slotted for fixturing, and a universal coolant hose is mounted at the spindle nose for directed coolant delivery. FANUC drive units are installed in the electrical cabinet.
