Used BOSUNMAN T 45 Slant-Bed Turret-Type CNC Lathe

This BOSUNMAN T 45 is a slant-bed turret-type CNC lathe built in 2021 and has seen only limited use. It swings ∅550 mm over the bed and accepts work up to 550 mm in machining length. The A 2-6 high-speed spindle unit carries a Korean-made 8-inch hollow hydraulic chuck, and a large-diameter 12-station servo turret indexes turning tools quickly for mixed-part production. Shaft work is supported by a fully automatic programmable servo tailstock with Y-axis motion. All three axes travel on HIWIN heavy-duty roller linear guideways for rigidity and long-term accuracy. The machine runs the BOSUNMAN bus-type absolute-value CNC system, identified as the BSK 600 TM Series, with an 11 kW servo spindle motor. A rear chain-type chip conveyor and full enclosure keep the work area clean and the operation safe. Machining accuracy is held to 0.01 mm. The machine is available for inspection.
