Used DN Solutions MYNX 5400/50 Vertical Machining Center

This is a 2014 Doosan Infracore MYNX 5400/50 vertical machining center, a heavy-duty BT50 machine built in South Korea and currently offered as a complete, running unit. It carries serial number MY 0047-000734. The machine runs the DOOSAN-FANUC i Series CNC control system, a Doosan-developed version of the FANUC i Series platform. The electrical cabinet is fitted with FANUC servo drives and Alpha motor drives. The spindle is a BT50 gear-head type and is served by a spindle oil cooler. Tool changing is handled by a 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer. All three axes run on box guideways with mirror-finished sliding surfaces for rigidity and smooth motion. The T-slotted worktable measures 1200 x 540 mm, and X/Y/Z travels are 1020 mm, 540 mm and 530 mm respectively. Swarf removal is covered by three chip conveyors. The machine is a heavy-duty vertical machining center suited to large-part milling, drilling and tapping work.
