Used DN Solutions PUMA 215 II Box Guideway CNC Lathe

DN Solutions PUMA 215 II box guideway CNC lathe, built for heavy-duty turning of medium-size shafts, flanges and mould components. The machine carries the PUMA 215 II nameplate and DN SOLUTIONS branding on the body and electrical cabinet doors. The 8-inch hollow chuck is matched to a 12-station hydraulic turret, and a hydraulic tailstock supports longer shaft work. Maximum swing diameter is 510 mm, maximum machining length is 520 mm and maximum cutting diameter is 270 mm. The A 2-6 spindle reaches 4,500 rpm with 18.5 kW of spindle power, giving a strong combination of speed and torque for both roughing and finishing passes. Control is handled by a FANUC 0i-TF Plus CNC system with mould package, operated through the DN SOLUTIONS Series Plus panel. An automatic chip conveyor is fitted for continuous production. The machine arrived on site in 2024 and remains in service.
