Hartford 3210 Gantry Machining Center equipped with a FANUC 18 i-MB CNC control system. All three axes are fitted with full-closed-loop linear scales and travel on roller linear guideways, with X/Y/Z travel of 3050 x 2100 x 800 mm. The gantry clearance width is 2300 mm and the T-slot worktable measures 3150 x 2040 mm. The BBT 50 direct-drive spindle runs at speeds up to 10,000 rpm and is served by a 32-tool automatic tool changer. A dragon-type chip conveyor is fitted for chip removal. The machine has seen light use and holds good accuracy.
