Each machine is equipped with the Siemens SINUMERIK 828 D CNC control system and a motorized spindle with oil cooler, working with an 8-inch hollow hydraulic chuck. Machining is carried out on a 12-station live tooling turret fitted with 2+2 WTO live tools, and the machine also features a programmable servo tailstock and full-enclosure guarding. Maximum swing diameter is Ø550 mm, maximum machining diameter is Ø320 mm and maximum machining length is 500 mm, with stable machining accuracy of 0.01 mm.
