Used HEXIN CX-600 Turn-Mill CNC Lathe with Y Axis and SYNTEC 22 TB PLUS Control

Heavy-duty HEXIN CX-600 turn-mill CNC lathe with Y axis, built for combined turning and milling of complex parts in a single setup. The machine carries the CNC-520 TMC body designation and is equipped with the SYNTEC 22 TB PLUS CNC control system together with SYNTEC servo drives in the electrical cabinet. Workholding is an 8-inch hollow chuck with a Ø52 mm through-hole, and a 12-station live tooling turret with 1+1 BMT 55 live tools handles driven milling and drilling work. A high-speed 11 kW motorized spindle with oil cooler drives the main turning operations, with milling power rated at 4.5 kW. Capacity and travel: swing diameter Ø520 mm, maximum turning diameter Ø400 mm, maximum machining length 600 mm and Y-axis travel 130 mm. The machine runs on Taiwan HIWIN 45 linear guideways and has a weight of 5.0 t, with a chain-type chip conveyor fitted. Available for inspection.
