Used JIN HONG JH-800 W 5-Axis Machining Center with SYNTEC 22 MA Control

Near-new 2024 JIN HONG JH-800 W 5-axis machining center in 95% new condition, with only sample work on the machine. It is equipped with the SYNTEC 22 MA CNC control system and performs 5-axis simultaneous machining with tool tip following. The spindle is a Taiwan Longma BBT 40 direct-drive, oil-cooled unit, with spindle speeds of 12,000 rpm and 20,000 rpm. Tool changes are handled by a 24-tool arm-type tool magazine, and 21 tools are supplied with the machine. A 170 mm 4 th axis and a tailstock center are included. The 5-axis trunnion rotary table is fitted with linear scales, and a probe and tool setter are part of the equipment. The heavy-duty machine bed supports rigid cutting, the three axes and spindle run quietly, and machining accuracy is held to 0.01 mm.
