Used HODAO HD-V 11 F Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF Plus

This HODAO HD-V 11 F (1160) vertical machining center was built in 2022 and is equipped with a FANUC Series 0i-MF Plus CNC control system. The spindle uses a BT40 taper and reaches 12,000 rpm, supported by a Rucol oil cooler that keeps thermal growth in check during long cutting cycles. The machine is built on 45-size guideways, with six slider blocks on the Y axis for rigid, well-distributed load support. Tool changing is carried out by a disc-type magazine with 24 tool stations, and FANUC drive units are installed in the electrical cabinet. As a full vertical machining center, the HD-V 11 F suits mold work, batch production of plate and box-type parts, and general milling, drilling, tapping and boring operations that call for a high-speed BT40 spindle and a fast, compact tool magazine.
