Used Jinchi CAK 125135 B Heavy-Duty CNC Horizontal Lathe

Heavy-duty CNC horizontal lathe built by Shenyang Jinchi, model CAK 125135 B, in approximately 90% new condition and available immediately. The machine is based on a heavy-duty one-piece floor-mounted bed with a 755 mm guideway width, giving the rigidity required for large-diameter, heavy-chip turning work. Workholding is provided by a Ø1250 mm 4-jaw chuck, and the spindle accepts bar stock up to Ø130 mm through the bore. Spindle speeds are selected through four gear ranges with variable-frequency control inside each range, so the operator can dial in the correct cutting speed for each job. A 300 mm square tool post carries the turning tools. The machine is equipped with the GSK 980 TDi absolute bus CNC control system, with an Inovance variable frequency drive installed in the electrical cabinet. The unit is offered as a complete, ready-to-run turning package for heavy shaft, roll, flange and large-diameter cylindrical parts.
