Kailan KXP 50/500 slant-bed turret-type CNC lathe in 95% new condition — an idle machine that was installed and has seen almost no use. The machine is built for powerful heavy-duty cutting, with high-rigidity heavy-duty rectangular box guideways carrying the slant bed. It offers a swing diameter of Ø680 mm, a maximum machining diameter of Ø500 mm and a maximum machining length of 500 mm. Workholding is a 12-inch hollow hydraulic chuck on an A 2-8 mechanical spindle. The three-range spindle drive uses in-range variable-frequency control together with hydraulic automatic gear shifting to deliver very high torque. Equipped with the GSK 980 TDi absolute bus CNC control system. A large-diameter Taiwan-made 12-station servo turret handles tooling, and a chain-type side chip conveyor clears chips to the side. Available for inspection in China.
