Used Makino D 500 5-Axis Machining Center

Three identical Makino D 500 5-axis machining centers, all from the same production run and offered as a matched set. The machine provides X/Y/Z travel of 550 x 1000 x 500 mm, an A axis with 150º of swing (-120º to +30º) and a C axis with continuous 360º rotation, giving full five-sided positioning and simultaneous 5-axis contouring capability. Workpieces up to 650 x 500 mm and loads up to 350 kg are handled on the round rotary worktable. The 20,000 rpm spindle is driven by a 25/22/18.5 kW motor delivering torque of 201/167/118/96 N.m, and accepts HSK63 tooling from a 60-position tool magazine. Machine functions are managed by the Professional 5 CNC control system.
