Used Makino PS 95 Vertical Machining Center with Professional 5 Control

Makino PS 95 vertical machining center, built in January 2015 and equipped with the Professional 5 CNC control system with USB interface. Heidenhain linear scales are fitted to all three axes, which run on 45 mm roller linear guideways. The BT40 spindle turns at 12,000 rpm, is oil-cooled, delivers a maximum spindle power of 25 kW and is set up for through-spindle coolant. X/Y/Z travel is 920 x 510 x 460 mm. Tool change is handled by a 30-tool arm-type servo tool magazine, and a chip conveyor is fitted to the machine. Spindle runout is held within 0.01 mm and three-axis repeat positioning accuracy is 0.003 mm. Machine weight is 6.8 t with a total connected power of 35 kVA.
