Used Mazak HC 8800-II Horizontal Machining Center equipped with the MAZATROL Matrix Nexus 2 CNC control system. The machine is built on three-axis roller linear guideways and carries an 800 x 800 mm twin-pallet worktable with 1‰ indexing accuracy. Travels are 1,400 mm on X, 1,200 mm on Y and 1,275 mm on Z. The HSK spindle reaches a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm, and a 60-tool chain-type tool magazine handles tool changes. The machine is fitted with linear scales, a Renishaw tool setter, through-spindle coolant and a chip conveyor, and the body is fully enclosed with double doors.
