Used Mazak HCN-4000 II Dual-Station Horizontal Machining Center

Mazak HCN-4000 II dual-station horizontal machining center, built by Yamazaki Mazak Corp. in Japan in January 2012 and equipped with the Mazatrol Matrix Nexus CNC control system. The machine carries a BT40 motorized spindle rated to 18,000 rpm and travels X 560 mm, Y 630 mm and Z 640 mm on 45-size heavy-duty linear guideways across all three axes. The dual-station configuration uses 400 x 400 mm worktables with a rotary table indexing in 1-degree increments, and tooling is held in a 40-tool chain-type magazine. Machine weight is 9,500 kg. The package includes through-spindle coolant, a front chip conveyor and a Daikin oil cooler.
