Used Mitsubishi MVR 30 Five-Face Gantry Machining Center

Used Mitsubishi Heavy Industries MVR 30 five-face gantry machining center, equipped with the FANUC 18 i-MB CNC control system and an original automatic AAC side milling head with automatic angle indexing for true five-face machining. The machine carries a 350 mm square ram and a BT50 spindle running at 6000 rpm. Travels are X 5200 mm, Y 3000 mm, Z 700 mm and W 800 mm, over a 2000 x 4000 mm worktable with a 20 t load capacity. All three axes use magnetic scales in a full closed-loop configuration, and the tool magazine holds 50 tools. This five-face gantry machining center is well suited to mold work and heavy machinery plate components. Accuracy is in good condition. The machine is currently installed in Japan and is available for dismantling in place.
