Used Shengong TK 500 B Slant-Bed Turret-Type CNC Lathe with GSK 988

This Shengong TK 500 B is a heavy-duty slant-bed turret-type CNC lathe in near-new, 99% condition. It provides a Ø600 mm maximum swing over bed, Ø500 mm maximum machining diameter and 500 mm maximum machining length for shaft and disc-type work. The machine is built with an A 2-8 spindle nose and a 10-inch hollow hydraulic chuck, and is controlled by a GSK 988 large-screen bus absolute-value CNC system. An 11/15 kW servo spindle motor drives the spindle, and both axes run on heavy-duty roller linear guideways for rigidity and accuracy under heavy cutting. Tooling is handled by a large-diameter 12-station servo turret, while a heavy-duty MT 5 hydraulic tailstock supports long shaft turning. A rear chain-type chip conveyor is fitted for efficient chip removal. With a 2026 factory date, the machine is essentially new and ready for heavy-duty production.
