Used Shenghong SH-VL 1060 Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MD

Used Shenghong SH-VL 1060 vertical machining center equipped with the FANUC 0i-MD CNC control system and an ACE-win spindle. The machine runs a BT40 spindle taper at a maximum spindle speed of 8000 rpm and carries a 24-tool automatic tool changer for continuous production. Its guideway arrangement uses two linear guideways with one box guideway for rigidity and stable heavy cutting. The unit is built with a fully enclosed splash guard and a T-slotted worktable ready for fixturing.
