Used Socay VMC-855 C Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 80 Control

Socay VMC-855 C vertical machining center, built by Dongguan Socay Machinery Co., Ltd., equipped with the Mitsubishi M 80 CNC control system. The machine offers X/Y/Z travels of 850 x 550 x 600 mm and a BT40 belt-driven spindle supplied by VOLIS running up to 10,000 rpm. A 24-tool automatic tool changer supports continuous production, and the ball screws are cut with a 12 mm pitch. Positioning accuracy is held to 0.01 mm. The machine is fitted with an oil cooler and a full protective enclosure, and the worktable is provided with T-slots for fixture and vise mounting. Machine condition is as new. Available for inspection in China.
